Late 20th century oval shaped hair ornament with removable pin decorated with floral beadwork, possibly depicting a red rose design. Made by Archie LaVallie, Anishinaabe from Montana or North Dakota around 1998 and collected by Pieter Hovens during a field trip in 1998.
19th century bag woven from strips of white cedar bark. Collected from Fish River, likely Anishinaabe(?). Acquired by the museum through an exchange with the Christy Collection on August 5, 1869.
