Bone awl with rounded butt. The Annual Archaeological Report of Ontario for 1891 notes that it was used as a fastening pin for clothing, rather than as an awl or needle. Normal School Collection.
A loom woven beaded belt of black and white beads with a pattern of "H" motifs. 18th century, Anishinaabe or Hodenosaunee. Collected between 1759 and 1768 during the Seven Years' War by military officers related to the Duke of Atholl and now in the Blair
A single garter, probably for the arm. Loom woven on red woolen warps and wefts with large white and black glass beads in a design of linked, concentric squares. 18th century, Hodenosaunee or Anishinaabe. Collected between 1759 and 1768 during the Seven Years' War by
