Place of Origin: Cattaraugus Indian Territory
Materials

Navy blue and black woolen cloth, possibly broadcloth, floral print blue cotton, burgundy silken ribbon, sizes 10, 12 and 14 or 16 opaque white beads, beige thread, navy thread, black thread.

Techniques or Format

Made of black cloth, with the top sections pieced with navy and black cloth. A strip of printed cotton has been sewn to the inside of one of the pieced tops. Both leggings are sewn up, with about a 10cm space left at the top. The larger beads have been used for the edging, while the smaller ones are used in the beadwork on the leggings.
