Materials

navy woolen cloth with a yellow selvedge line, red silken tape, opaque white beads sizes 12, 10, and 8, a single size 12 greasy blue bead, beige thread.

Techniques or Format

Each legging is made from a single piece of cloth. Size 12 beads are used in the applique beadwork, while the larger ones have been used in the edging stitch. The leggings are cut in a way that the bottom flares out. They have been stitched up using beige thread, with a 4cm opening left at the bottom.

A single greasy blue bead has been used in the applique beadwork pattern.

Side: from bottom to top: two beads -space/ lline of single beads/row of 3 bead subtle zig zag/ line of single beads/row of "U"s

Dimensions: 47 × 23 × 0 cm
Condition: There are small holes in the cloth, and some dirt or deterioration on the beads.
