White and purple wampum beads, strung on black thread, with tabs made of smoked skin thong at the top and ends of the strings.
Three strings of generally alternating white and purple wampum, tied together at one end with a smoked skin tab. Small pieces of skin thong are also attached at the other ends.
The British Museum's record estimates a date range of maunfacture between 1600 and 1900.
