Noose of twisted bark, suspended from bent springy sapling in gap between ends of two logs. Sapling secured by trip wire which remains tayght between sapling and peg 0n ground, hooked underneath at notched anchor-pole. Animal runs into trip wire, jarring peg out of notch, releasing sapling.;;
