Introduction

In consideration of five shillings lawful money, John H. Dunn, William Hepburn, and George Herchmer Markland do surrender unto the Crown a tract of land previously conveyed to them by George Strange Boulton in trust for the Mississaga Tribe of Indians of Rice and Mud Lakes. The tract of land measures approximately 20 acres.
