Duggan writes to McKee that a shipment of various named goods is on its way, that "The Mackinac Indians Who came away from the Rapids behave very ill," having killed a calf belonging to a local, and that some militia members are considering resignation after the appointment of Jacue Babys to Lieutenant for the County of Kent.
