Celebrates the 150th anniversary of when this particular band of Chippewas purchased land in Rama Township, Ontario, after being pushed throughout different territories throughout the 18th and 19th centuries. This is also a celebration of the resilience of the community to remain on this land while facing difficulties with the reserve system and various treaties.
