Other Notes
May be either birch or maple, a very short handle and side delivery spoon, the bowl of which is quite deep and curved. Well worn and scarred. At the top of the handle is carved a clenched hand - from the bottom of this hand is protruding a small knot of wood and glue (sugar or animal glue) stuck by accident. There is a nail hole further down the handle although it does not protrude all the way through. There is also a small hole on the edge of the bowl.;;
