Simcoe agrees that "the Negociahons between the American Indians & he United [this section of the paper is folded back on itself, covering the letter below, which is most certainly an "S"]tates did not terminate in an honorable Peace." He also opines that McKee's conduct seems "to have been perfectly proper in all respects" regarding the matter.
