Materials

sash: coarsely woven commercial cloth, possibly cotton, lined with a heavy paper. hide rectangles with fringes on bottom, attached to bandolier with red ribbon (tobacco pouches), binding of printed cotton at the bottom, button on either side of the back of the bag, button holes on the botton of the sash. a line of sequins on each side of the strap. Pouch: lightly smoked native tanned hide, deer horn tinklers, fur trim on pouch, fringed pouch. Back of pouch has same brown coarse cloth backing, same binding of printed cotton, fur is ?? deer toed

Techniques or Format

sash, bandaloier and bag which attaches to sash with buttons. Tiny deer toe is attached to each end of strap and inside the toe is an analyine dyed feather.
