Description of Writing/Text

England writes to McKee informing him of request from one Blue [J/H]ac[k/h]et, who claims to be a Grand Chief and hence "not under the Control of any Person" for safe passage aboard a royal vessel to Montreal to speak with John Johnson. England says he informed the Grand Chief of the impropriety of making such a request without regard to first informing McKee.

Condition: Good, wih dark bands of scotch tape.
