Techniques or Format

Small pouch suspended from a strap which has seven vertical slits. Both sides have double flaps of two scallops.

Motifs and Patterns

Top of strap is curved and decorated with a four-petaled blossom of two shades of pink (transparent petals rimmed with opaque beads), white center and two shades of green leaves. The pouch is edged with loops of transparent pink beads and four diamond shapes of deerskin. There is a different floral design on each side. Recto design features four-petaled flowers in two shades of pink, white and red with black center and black curved stem supporting three round dark turquoise leaves. Pink and green beads edge the flaps. Verso design features black branch with six round fruits of dark turquoise with pink transparent bead centers. Flaps edged with rose pink beads.
