Front: fringe with metal tubes/tinklers and frayed wool to look like deer hair. Strings of hide thong wrapped in quills; two plaited quillwork panels with diamond/triangular geometric design (multicolored). Top panel has silk appliqué with triangular cut-outs on top of wool backing. Inside is faded red wool. Two pieces of wool sewn together into pouch. Back is also plain wool
