Report to the Executive Council from the Superintendent of Indian Affairs reporting a surrender by the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte to the Crown of certain lands in Tyendinaga, near Shannonville. The Mohawks surrendered 800 acres in Tyendinaga and 18 acres adjoining the town plot of Shannonville. The interest from the sale of these lands is to be paid to the tribe. The committee accepts the surrender.
