Made of birchbark, porcupine quills. Possibly includes vegetable fibre black dyed or buffalo hair to tack seams together on the side.

Techniques or Format

Folded birch bark exterior. The sides are stitched together rather than folded in a typical way, possibly a Menomeni technique?

Geometric motifs on two sides, with the top stylized with floral designs.

Dimensions: 8 × 4 × 5 cm
Condition: Good, layer of bark missing from bottom.
