Pair, made from tanned, lightly smoked skin. Basically 3-piece construction - a main foot piece seamed vertically at the heel, and seamed and gathered down centre front to toe; and two additional rectangles of skin sewn on either side of the ankle, forming down-turned flaps. At proximal end of front seam, a long thong is laced through, forming two ties. Sewing is with cotton thread.;;
