Mississauga Surrender of Land in Northumberland County, Ontario
Surrender of land, in trust, to be leased to the benefit of the band and payment to be made from a portion of rents collected "to the individual Indians to whom the respective portions have been or may hereafter be allotted". Approximately 1,500 acres of the reserve in the Township of Alnwick, County of Northumberland to be surrendered.

Description of Surrendered Land:
The Chiefs and Principal men of the Alnwick Band of Mississauga Indians surrendered unto Her Majesty The Queen, all those certain parcels of land situated in the their reserve in the Township of Alnwick, in the County of Northumberland, containing fifteen hundred acres, described as follows:
All those portions of lots nos. 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, and 19 in the 1st Concession, and nos. 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 in the 2nd Concession of the Township of Alnwick, which were cleared and deemed fit for cultivation.
The money received as rents for the lands shall be paid to the individual Indians to whom respective portions had been previously allotted.
