Introduction
Beaded men's leggings with red stroud with selvedges at top, but turned under and hemmed. Vertical panel at side has ribbons with otter tail and diamond B.W. sewn on black cloth with one red cloth strip in middle. Panel goes at outside of legs. Straps at inner and outer leg on both leggings.

Strange panel inserted at side seam, cut open under panel. No apparent reason for this construction.
