Cotton velveteen, polished cotton, glass beads and wool twill.

Floral applique beadwork on black cotton velveteen cuff and side panels. Technical: Beaded cuff and side panels bordered by oblique 2/2 commercial red wool twill interlacing. Legging lined with plain weave printed cotton under center panels and plain weave polished cotton under other sections.

Floral beaded design applied to a band that encircles bottom openings like a built-in cuff and extends in rectangular projection almost to top. Beaded design composed of many different stylized leaf, bud and flower forms sprouting from a white stem. The stem starts at inside leg of cuff and meanders up outsides of each leg.

There are labels in each legging that read: "Martin Geisin, Theatrical Costumes, St. Paul, Minn." Dimensions of 81.181.B: 29.5 x 11 x 0.625 in.
