Variant on skydome on bottom, finial part isn't on centre. We should ask Sam Thomas about this piece. JBrant suggests maker possibly influenced by lace brought over by English. Triangles present.
Could bead patterns prove diagnostic given the ubiquitous use of these style of leggings through out the Great Lakes region.
Possibly commissioned for the collection. No evidence of wear. Early 20th century.
