Common stroud (blue), much moth eaten, patched with cavalry wool twill and brown, black wool twill, and green and tan worsted serge, top ties of green and tan worsted serge backed with black silk ribbon on one side and cotton twill (fustian) of blue and tan on the other, white sz. 11 sead beads, narrow silk ribbon (faded red and faded green), linen thread in two different sizes.
Ribbons and linear beadwork sewn directly on stroud. Embroidery sewn on top of green ribbon. Row of running stick up sides to form legging sewn over all decorative work.
Different patterns on front, back and cuff edge. All patterns are formed by outlining the design field with narrow ribbon. On outer edge, this is also trimmed with edgestitch in white seed beads. Linear beadwork outlines all ribbons. Within cuff and side front design fields, there is a repeating pattern of diamonds. On the cuffs there are double curves terminating in solidly beaded circles inside and outside the diamonds, as well as three-petaled floral motif inside the diamonds. On the side front, there are elaborate stem designs inside the diamonds and wide-angle "v''s" outside the diamonds. On the side back, there is a wavy line of red ribbon in between the two outer ribbons with wide-angle "v''s" in the background triangles formed thereby.
