Snakes - probably represent the Huron-Wendat Legend of the Great Serpent. Her discussion is on video (June 20 2008). She also said that Barbeau recorded this legend. So did Phillipe Aubert de Gaspe. LS remembers hearing through oral tradition from Ludwig Sioui that the Huron-Wenday would join the Maliseet for seal hunting.
