Blackened deerskin and porcupine quills red, natural, black/ purple (no tin cones or strap)
Quillwork techniques include quilled edging, simple banding, saw tooth banding, alternate colour plaiting, simple linear twist. On back side of case there is a deer skin lace visible that is used to divide it into two pockets for the knife case.
Design patterns, alternate colour plaiting on the front are two different design. On the left there is a On the right is hourglasses alternating with diamonds. Diamonds are white (upper portion), hourglasses are alternating red and black (upper) but lower portion inverst the pattern. There is a chain link of diamonds on the centre of the upper panel forming four diamonds, with the inner row is red and the outer row is white.
