191507 - 191509, (DOCUMENTATION) "Smoke, Thos (Onondaga)". This mask was reconsecrated by Chief Jacob E. Thomas, Cayuga, Six Nations Reserve, Ontario, in a ceremony at the Canadian Museum of Civilization, Asticou Centre, on May 31, 1988. It was reconsecrated by Chief Thomas in a ceremony at the Canadian Museum of Civilization on September 22, 1996. He was assisted by Mrs. Yvonne Thomas, Executive Director of the Jake Thomas Learning Centre. This mask was again reconsecrated in ceremonies held by spiritual leaders Darrell Thompson and John Elijah, Akwesasne, at the Canadian Museum of Civilization on October 24, 1999, April 1, 2000, October 29, 2000, and April 8, 2001, and again in ceremonies held by spiritual leader Darrell Thompson assisted by Nathan Thompson, Akwesasne, at the Canadian Museum of Civilization, on November 4, 2001, May 4 and November 9, 2002, April 6 and December 6, 2003, May 15 and November 7, 2004, May 4 and October 23, 2005, April 1 and November 18, 2006.
