Velvet, cotton, wool tape, glass beads (fancy beads, tubular faceted beads), paper interfacing. Lined with cotton.

Techniques or Format

One piece of velvet gathered at the top. Beaded panels are attached around the rim. Front of hat separate lobed panel; stiffened with cardboard in between front and back layers. Wool tape sewn as a tassel on the top.
