Haudenosaunee gustoweh made of blue woollen cloth, with scalloped headband made of cotton twill lined with polished cotton. The headband is ornamented with raised beadwork in bird, floral, berry, and frond motifs. Six cut feathers and one full feather with fluff are inserted at the top, and three full feathers with orange/red fluffs are inserted into one side. This was carefully crafted with very fine materials (RP).

Six triangular pieces of faded dark blue woollen cloth are sewn together to form the rounded cap. Six cut feathers and one full feather with a fluff are inserted at the top of the cap; and four feathers are inserted along one side and includes bright orange/red fluffs at the end. The headband is made of a separate piece of grey cotton twill fabric that is lined with blue polished cotton, edged with yellow silk ribbon, and embroidered with raised beadwork in glass beads, some small faceted metal beads are inserted into smaller circular beaded elements. The top edge of the headband has three scalloped contours; the centre has a bird and two other sides feature leaf (vegetal) shapes and flowers and a curving frond.
