velvet, blue and brown; woolen cloth, blacj; eagle and hawk feathers (JMiller; decorative bird feathers; beads (size 10) opaque white, light blue, yellow, shiny grey or opalescent, grey, clear, translucent red, red, yellow; ribbon, purple, yellow and red; thread, black; wood; thread.

Techniques or Format

The frame, composed of a ring with interior splints forming a dome, is made of wood and covered with blue velvet. The brown velvet band around the bottom is decorated with beadwork.
