Description of Granted Land:
In consideration of the sum of one hundred pounds of lawful money, George Strange Boulton has granted unto Samuel Peters Jarvis a tract of land being lot number six in the second concession of Alnwick, containing two hundred acres. The land was to be held in trust for the Mississauga Indians residing in Alnwick.
