Introduction

David McCall of the Township of Enniskillen had agreed to surrender unto Her Majesty Queen Victoria 300 acres of land located in said Township, in consideration of 220 pounds lawful money. The land is to be held in trust and an annuity paid to the Chippewas of the St. Clair River and Chenail Ecarte Tribe of Indians.

Description of Land Sold:

David McCall of the Township of Moore, in the County of Kent, in consideration of the sum of two hundred and twenty pounds of lawful money has agreed to surrender unto Her Majesty Queen Victoria all those parcels of land lying in the Township of Enniskillen in the County of Kent being composed of lot number eight in the ninth concession of the said Township of Enniskillen, and the east half of lot number eight in the tenth concession of the said Township, containing three hundred acres of land. The land is to held in trust and an annuity paid to the Chippewa Indians of the River St. Clair and the Chenail Ecarte Tribe.
