Red yarn; sz. 10 seed beads (white), sz. 10 cut beads (black); cordage (native made - AM?, or linen thread)
Woven with yarn warps and mostly yarn wefts and some cordage wefts. We think possibly heddle woven because warp threads doubled as opposed to weft threads doubled, as in regular loom beading. Single bead edging stitch on both sides; three ends bound with yarn, one with cordage. The fringes of the end that has the cordage binding is braided with three or four strands rather than twisted with two strands like all the other ends.
Four T-birds on each garter; one T-bird on one garter slightly different. The odd T-bird is larger on botton and smaller on top than all the other T-birds. The wings are smaller and solid instead of with three lines, as well. Next to this T-bird there is a small motif that looks like a cabinet handle. All T-birds made on hourglass pattern with added wings and heads all facing the same direction.
