The hands are well defined and articulated in the Huron-Wendat dolls and they have wooden heads, whereas Haudenausaunee dolls fingers are not articulated and the heads are not wood.
The cradle board has a wood back with a deeply-notched upper edge, with separate additions of bow and back brace. There is a curved wood splint at the base and front. The baby is carved from wood, with red and black painting, and a necklace of alternated black and white cylindrical glass beads. The doll is wrapped in a printed cotton cloth.
