Made of black cotton fabric ornamented on the front with beadwork, buttons, and backed with calico. A hole, perhaps for a button for attachment to an outfit, is found on the top centre of the dickey. On the back of the dickey, small metal hooks are found on one side, likely for attatchment to an outfit.
