Wool and cotton twill, beads, cotton thread, paper interlining
Dark red wool twill, napped with beaded motifs in opaque white and opaque light and dark blue beads. Backed with beige cotton twill. Spirally worked bead edging on all sides. Beads are threaded on cotton thread and the lines are loose-rows couched only at their centres. The motifs are worked on paper cut-outs and the collar is interlined with paper though which the beading is worked.
In centre front, a parti coloured quatrefoil between two dark blue stags. On either side of collar, meandering branch with light blue ovate leaves.
Ties are made from commercial shoelaces; backed with beige cotton cloth. Paper lining between backing and front. LD: does not look Anishinaabe; dancers exchanged or gifted each other items, regalia might be composed of gifted items; so items could move from one place to another.
