Techniques or Format
Coat has three levels of painted designs on bottom, and painted motif on both sides of jacket openings. The shoulder lapels are quilled and have quill-wrapped fringe. Fringes are used on bottom of jacket, along both sides. The fringe along the bottom is quill-wrapped.
