Pair of men's leggings and garters made with blue wool, created by Alice Poodry (Seneca), at Tonawanda Reservation, New York, 1932. Leggings and garters decorated with white and blue glass beads in geometric motif. Collected by William A. Ritchie, Curator of Anthropology, Rochester Museum of Arts and Sciences, for the Indian Arts Project, and received by Peabody in an exchange in 1949.

A pair of men's leggings, each made of one piece of navy wool with sewn seam that terminates into slit cuff. Top edge of leggings are cut on a diagonal for wear. Beadwork of white and light blue ornaments the bottom of the leggings. Red satin bordered by beads is sewn along the bottom edge and slit. Garters made of one piece of navy wool, cut with triangular ends and trimmed all the way around with red satin. Ends of garters are beaded. At the ends of the garters, the red satin trim is bordered with beads.
Garters: 3 large diamond shapes with 4 smaller diamond shapes inside each. On one end, beadwork is white, on other end beadwork is blue. Same on both garters. Leggings: Parallel lines of white, with blue zigzags and triangles.
