A Huron-Wendat case, possibly a cigar case, made of black dyed deerskin with birchbark liner. Ornamented on all visible sides with moosehair embroidery in floral motifs, with border of porcupine quills in zigzag band on both sides of the lid.

The lid and bottom of the case are each made of three separate pieces of dyed deerskin: the top and two side pieces. The deerskin is ornamented with moosehair embroidery on all visible sides, with porcupine quills applied in zigzag band on recto and verso of the lid. Edges of the deerskin are bound with black cotton tape. The case is lined with birchbark.
