two birchbark covers (double bark), framed with sweet grass attached with black cotton thread and a few porcupine quills embedded into the grass;
Motifs and Patterns
porcupine quill decorations on both covers; two flowers and leaves on the front cover, two small leaves and inscription "Souvinour(!) of Parry Sound Canada" hand written date 1925 on back cover; design on cover is of good quality, showing a subtle influence of Canadian design of the 20's.
