Description of Land Sold:
A provisional agreement for the surrender of the Manitoulin Islands and the Islands on the North shore of Lake Huron, and also of the Sauking Territory (all Islands on the north shore of Lake Huron claimed by the English, the Ottawas, and the Chippewas). These lands are to be freed of their respective claims in order that the King can provide them to eligible Indians for their residence.
