Red Possily wool, with faded black cotton lining. Edged with silk ribbon. Glass beads and thread

Techniques or Format

Piece of red wool with black cotton lining bound with blue silk ribbon and edged with white glass beads sewn with thread. Red wool ornamented with rows of glass beads. 2 metal hooks sewn near the edge of one side, match 2 eyes made of thread on other side. When met, cuffs are quite small, possible wrist cuffs?(A.N.)
