Piece of red wool with black cotton lining bound with blue silk ribbon and edged with white glass beads sewn with thread. Red wool ornamented with rows of glass beads. 2 metal hooks sewn near the edge of one side, match 2 eyes made of thread on other side. When met, cuffs are quite small, possible wrist cuffs?(A.N.)
