Introduction

Beaded pouch with floral motifs. Made of a very fine wool, possibly worsted, clear beads, braided twine-like string, polished cotton and cardboard. Closes with a metal hook.

Shalloon (a very fine wool), possibly worsted, red with a narrow beige-coloured stripe that might be on the salvage; clear beads; bugle beads; braided twine-like string; polished cotton, pink; cardboard; metal hook

Techniques or Format

An oval-shaped piece has been cut out of the cotton lining on the underside of the pouch flap. The flap is part of the back piece.
