Introduction
England's letter to McKee provides that the Commissioners departed subsequent to the Indian response to their speech with all haste. England writes he received an express from Banbury at 10 O'Clock at night that the Commissioners had "received that Evening" a message from the Indians at the Foot of the Rapids.
