Evelyn Johnson's notes: Model of Cradle Board. Cedar. Back board a truncated diamond shape. Foot piece of butternut. Hoop of basswood at head. On back is written in pencil: "Lillie Styres gave me this Indian dool's cradle which her uncle Sam Styres made. Friday, 24th October, 1902. Grand River, Six Nations Reserve. Evelyn Johnson."
