Motifs and Patterns

The bag and flap of black buckskin is ornamented with delicate geometric designs of porcupine quillwork in rows of red, yellow and blue diamond and scroll motifs with broader bands of red/blue, black/white quills forming overlapping X's. On verso: worn cotton print of blue- bordered pink flowers and stripes on red ground.

Other Notes
