red woolen stroud, black silk edging, small translucent beads, small black beads, cylindrical black and grey translucent beads (bugle beads), lining is coarse beige unbleached cotton. NB: Cloth ID definitive according to CMC textile conservator JHughes.

Raised beadwork.

Although these look like cuffs, the catalog card states "dancing bracelets from George Gibson" suggesting that they are part of a dance outfit. - Dr. Ruth Phillips
