Introduction

This relative, a single garter pendant composed of 2-ply yarn, glass beads, blue silk ribbon, and cotton thread, includes a zigzag line design and 9 tassels to one end. This pendant is believed to be of Great Lakes origin, and although the exact origin of this relative is unknown, it likely originates from the late 18th century.
