Materials

turkey feathers.

Techniques or Format

wooden armature made out of splints carve into a headband. 3 half hoops. Hoops are attached to a round headband, which is wrapped with blue and white stripped cotton cloth, sewn in place with big running stiches. Feathers are inserted in some way. (inserted into cloth hoop). Where hoops cross at the top there is a tubular element, and a large central is inserted into the tube.
