Description of Land Sold:
In consideration of the sum of 100 pounds good and lawful money, the Sachems, and Chief Warriors of the Mississauga Nation of Indians do grant unto the Crown a certain tract of land butted and bounded as follows: beginning at the outlet between Burlington Bay and Lake Ontario, and then extending down the said Lake on the north shore about one mile to a creek, falling into the said Lake, called by the Mississauga Indians Lamabinnecon; then running north forty five degrees west parallel with the former purchase line from the said outlet and carrying the full breadth between the said lines, full so far as to contain 3,450 acres.
