Description of Land Granted:
In consideration of the sum of one hundred fifty pounds lawful money, George Strange Boulton has granted to Samuel Peters Jarvis, a tract of land situated in the Township of Alnwick, containing two hundred acres, and being composed of lot number 18 in the first concession. The granted parcel of land is to be held in trust for the Mississauga Indians residing in Alnwick.
